How we work
We are a small workshop in Barcelona. That means fewer people between you and the printer, and more control over every part.
You talk to the person printing your part
No sales reps, no support tickets. You write, and the person who will load your file onto the printer replies.
Every file is checked by hand
Before printing we check the mesh, the orientation and the minimum wall thicknesses. If we can see it will not come out well, we tell you before producing it.
If we get it wrong, we reprint it
No arguments. If the fault is in the printing rather than the design, we make it again at no cost.
Where we deliver
We print in our own Barcelona workshop and it goes out from there. These are the real transit times once a part leaves the printer.

Free pickup at the workshop on Carrer de Basea 8 (El Born), five minutes from Jaume I. Next-day delivery to Eixample, Gràcia, Poblenou, Sants, Sarrià and the rest of the city, and same working day across the metropolitan area — Hospitalet, Badalona, Sant Cugat — for orders placed in the morning.

We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF, the formats every CAD and modelling package exports. We also read Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer project files: when a 3MF holds several build plates, you pick the ones you want printed and each is quoted on its own. If you work in STEP, IGES, F3D or SolidWorks, send it over and we will convert it free of charge.
Can I get a quote or order from ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes. We run a free public MCP server at /mcp on this website. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any compatible assistant and it can give you the exact price of your STL or OBJ, estimate it from dimensions, recommend a material, and place the order once you confirm. Prices come from the same engine as the website configurator, and payment is made from the invoice you receive by email, never in the chat.
Can I order a 3D print straight from Blender?
Yes. Our free Blender add-on (in Labs) prices the selected objects and places the order from the 3D Viewport sidebar, with no STL export. Prices are the same as the online quote. It works in Blender 4.2 or later and is still experimental.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the actual volume of material your part consumes, machine time, the chosen material and the finish. Our configurator analyses your file geometry and applies those variables instantly, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
